Omega Associates is a defense-focused holding organization and the parent company of three specialized operating subsidiaries: North Erie Electronics, Inc., Bidlink Software Systems, and Fisher Engineering Corporation.

Each company operates autonomously within its market, maintaining independent management, dedicated facilities, and focused customer relationships.
